With more than 10 years in compliance leadership across complex, multi-site preclinical research environments, I've chaired IACUCs and partnered with senior leadership to strengthen animal care and use programs, reduce regulatory risk, and build inspection-ready systems.

I specialize in USDA-regulated, PHS-assured, and AAALAC International-accredited facilities, and bring additional experience supporting DOD and VA funded research from a contract research organization (CRO) perspective.

My experience includes protocol review and management, committee coordination, post-approval monitoring, training, and regulatory documentation. I translate complex requirements into practical, sustainable processes while reducing unnecessary self-imposed regulatory burden and supporting collaborative, empowered teams.
